Blueprints
Field service
Maintenance and partner work run through the register, and the evidence is stored with the installation.

What this blueprint is about
Status: Working blueprint, ready to demo. Shown in a client's own cloud environment, not yet in daily use.
Field service is the execution layer under the register. Execution is spread out, because each maintenance partner works in their own way. The blueprint accepts that and turns it into one central standard. It runs corrective and preventive maintenance, inspections and contractor work on the register, and keeps the evidence with the installation.
Reports by phone and email come in through one intake and become work orders. Each partner sees only their own orders in a portal of their own, accepts them, carries them out and submits the evidence. Partners' own emails keep working while the portal grows. What changes in the field returns as a proposal to the data steward.

Do you recognise this?
2
Work orders arrive as a note, an email, a PDF, an Excel file or a portal, and later it cannot be traced what was done.
3
A package assumes one way of working, so spreadsheets and exceptions appear next to it.
4
Monthly contractor reports are retyped in every format.
What you get
What this delivers
We tailor the blueprint to how you work. Your people approve what goes in, and the tests are set beforehand.
01
One intake
Reports by phone and email become work orders, with work packages per location from maintenance templates and inspection forms.
02
A portal per partner
Each contractor sees only their own orders and submits evidence in one place.
03
Insight into lead time
Dashboards with lead time and response time per partner. Repeat visits (wrong part, missing manual) become visible.
04
Evidence with the installation
Every change is recorded: who, what, when and with what evidence.
