Blueprints
Asset registration
One register of every installation and part. We fill it from drawings and from the field, and no change goes in without approval.

What this blueprint is about
Status: Working blueprint, ready to demo. Shown in a client's own cloud environment, not yet in daily use.
Management, operations and the maintenance partner look at the same register. Everything about an installation is in one place: work orders, maintenance, changes, documents, measurements and technical relations. The blueprint works alongside an existing asset or ERP system and replaces only what you choose to replace.
The register is filled from drawings and from the field, not typed in. An installation that Technical Schema Mapping has read enters the register in one import, with a preview first. The register changes only after your data steward (the person who owns the quality of the register) approves a change. Each change shows the old and the new value and creates a new version. Every version is kept.

Do you recognise this?
2
History, documents and measurement data sit in several systems and mailboxes.
3
Nowhere can you see in one place what happened to an installation.
4
The register is kept up by the scarce specialist, not by the work itself.
What you get
What this delivers
We tailor the blueprint to how you work. Your people approve what goes in, and the tests are set beforehand.
01
Filled from drawings and the field
Nobody types the register in by hand. It uses the same five levels throughout: installation, group, object, component and measurement.
02
Change control
Every change is a proposal that the data steward approves, with old and new value side by side.
03
An audit trail
You see who changed what, when, and with what evidence.
04
Beside what is there
ERP, CRM and billing stay. We build the connections during tailoring.
If your work does not fit a package, we build the software that is missing.
