Technical Schema Mapping

We link drawing, measurement point and part. One of your specialists approves every value.

Example drawing of an installation, zoomed far out and too small to read

What this blueprint is about

Status: Live at a Dutch energy company. A demo is available, in Dutch.

This is Asset Atlas. A building management system (BMS, the software that runs an installation) streams signals all day: a code and a number. Which part of the installation the signal belongs to is not part of the message. That link lives only on the principle diagram, a drawing of the parts and pipes. A drawing is a picture: you cannot search it, count it or connect it to live measurements. Reading one well takes a specialist, and specialists are scarce.

An AI reads the whole drawing, recognises installations, components and sensors, puts them in one dataset in your data schema and links each measurement point to its live signal. A reviewer from your side approves, rejects or corrects every value. What the AI cannot place, it reports. It never makes up a code.

Measured on principle diagrams of collective installations, against the specialist's manual mapping as the yardstick: 75 to 100 percent of measurement points correct in one pass, in a few minutes per drawing. The specialist only verifies.

Send us one drawing of one of your installations. For a first look at one installation we only need files, not access to your systems.

Zoomed in on part of the example drawing: supply and return with a temperature sensor, a circulation pump and a pressure sensor.

Do you recognise this?

1

Which signal belongs to which pump is known by one specialist.

2

Every new building starts the work over, with drawings that someone retypes.

3

The asset register is never finished, and the scarce specialist does data entry.

4

Drawings and measurements are kept apart and never come together.

What you get

What this delivers

We tailor the blueprint to how you work. Your people approve what goes in, and the tests are set beforehand.

01

One row per measurement point

The code as on the drawing, what it measures and on which part, its unit, the link to the live signal and the reviewer's verdict.

02

Traceable to the drawing

Each value points to the spot on the sheet where it was read.

03

Doubt is written down

When the system is unsure, it says so, and a person decides. Links are made on an exact code, never on a guess.

04

A person has the last word

Nothing reaches your data platform before someone from your side has judged every value. Corrections stay, and every decision is logged.

If your work does not fit a package, we build the software that is missing.
