Curved glass facade against a light blue sky

For energy companies and other owners of assets and installations

Software that fits your work. Not the other way around.

Bespoke software, as a service. We make your process smarter first and build AI-driven software around it within weeks, at a fixed price per module and for management. The software stays yours.

Blueprints from the energy sector

Four blueprints that connect, from the drawing to the invoice. A blueprint is only our starting point, so we get there faster. We always build the software exactly around your improved process, your situation and your wishes.

Blueprint 1: Asset Atlas

Your installations exist on drawings. Your systems know nothing about them.

Which signal belongs to which pump is often known by one specialist. We turn the drawing into data and build the software around it.

Blueprint 2: Asset registration

One register of every installation. It fills itself from the drawing.

What Asset Atlas reads from the drawing enters the register in one import. Every change goes past your data steward first, and every version is kept.

Blueprint 3: Field service

Every partner works their own way. With you it comes together.

Faults come in by phone and email and become a work order through one intake. Partners work in one portal, with the evidence on the work order and the installation.

Blueprint 4: Invoice verification

Every invoice line next to the work that was really done.

An AI reads the maintenance partner's invoice and puts every line next to the work order: the hours, the parts and the evidence. What matches goes through, a deviation goes to a reviewer.

Built on four steps

01Working sessions

We sit down with the people who do the work and capture how it really goes. Every session is recorded and transcribed, so nobody has to take notes.

02Ontology

From the sessions we make one description of your concepts and rules (an ontology). People maintain it; the agents only flag where new evidence differs.

03Blueprint plus agents

Next to that we add a blueprint (a working design from earlier projects in the sector). AI agents build, product engineers steer.

04Tested software

First the specification, reviewed by you. Then the tests, then the code. An engineer reviews every change before it goes live.

How we work

The process first, then the software.

We do not start with code. First we look broadly at where the most manual work sits, then we choose one process together and work it out with the people who do the work. Then we build one module for a fixed price. After every step you decide whether we go on.

See the route

  1. Free scan

We look broadly at processes, IT, data and AI. We speak to people in each department, spend time on the floor and map opportunities and bottlenecks.

  2. Choose together

Together we choose one process where the value is clear and a pilot can quickly show what is possible.

  3. Working sessions with your people

We interview the people who do the work and use five sessions to shape a process they recognise and want to use.

  4. The first module

We build the first module from what we gathered in your organisation, our sector ontology and an agent framework. We follow architectural guidelines, with tests and a human review.

Why Simply Impact?

The process first, then the software

First we look at how the work runs now and what could be better. Only then do we look for the places where AI, automation or software pay off.

We do not start from zero

We work from blueprints taken from real projects in the energy sector. Three are built and demonstrated, and we tailor them to how you work.

Little of your team's time, and the code is yours

During tailoring we ask for two hours a week from one expert. The code is yours and you are never locked in.

If your work does not fit a package, we build the software that is missing.

  • A first module within weeks
  • You speak directly with the people who build
  • A fixed price per module, no hourly rate
